Hip, knee, and ankle constitute three regions of the lower extremities, the conditions of which are characterized by pain and dysfunction. Physical therapy intervention is deemed necessary for their rehabilitation, either post-surgery – hip and knee – or exclusively – as in most ankle injuries. At PT PRAXIS, restoring lower extremity movement dysfunction through effective physical therapy planning and completed by educating the patient on the recovery of their strength and mobility.
